If you’re seeking love and sexual expression in your life, there are many ways you can explore: hooking up, Tantra, BDSM, Polyamoury, swinging, group sex, and so on. How do you open yourself to this adventure? What holds you back? How might this exploration lead to more meaningful connections in your life?

Building Sexual Intimacy invites you to consider sexualy intimacy in the context of your own sexual experience. From Friday dinner to Sunday lunch, the workshop is a series of interactive exercises designed to deepen sexual intimacy and have fun doing it.

Which notions of love and intimacy serve you and which could you let go of? How can you shift from caution to empowerment? The exercises are safe and consensual, and don’t depend on your sexual practices, orientation, or relationship status. Some include gentle touch. The workshop is clothing optional.

The Toronto Tantra Festival is an annual 4-day fully immersive conscious festival exploring and celebrating sacred sexuality, Eros, love, spirituality, embodiment, creativity, and connection.

Consent, healthy boundaries, and communication are the cornerstones of the festival.

We gently invite you to let go of the layers of defense that have kept you safe in the past,  but now may just be keeping you separate.

The workshop is designed to be a safe place for you to explore your inner world, as well as your connections with others. Our focus on Love, Intimacy and Sexuality provides fertile ground for self discovery, and true intimacy with others in a non-sexual context.
