Joining HAI seven years ago changed my life. Besides learning how to set boundaries, how to give withholds, how to clear unresolved issues, how to love myself, how to stay in my vulnerability when needed, I became part of a beautiful community. I am deeply grateful for these gifts and treasures.

Connecting in Love, an immersive weekend workshop that is designed for you, exactly as you are now. In this workshop you will have profound opportunities for deeply connecting with yourself and others. We gently invite you to let go of the layers of defense that have kept you safe in the past,  but now may just be keeping you separate.

The workshop is designed to be a safe place for you to explore your inner world, as well as your connections with others. Our focus on Love, Intimacy and Sexuality provides fertile ground for self discovery, and true intimacy with others in a non-sexual context.

The Toronto Tantra Festival is an annual 4-day fully immersive conscious festival exploring and celebrating sacred sexuality, Eros, love, spirituality, embodiment, creativity, and connection.

Consent, healthy boundaries, and communication are the cornerstones of the festival.

Canadian and international facilitators create a sacred, safe(r), sex-positive, and inclusive environment for all experience levels and intensities.
